Located in Bethany, West Virginia, Bethany College offers students a Liberal Arts education and equine education through an interdisciplinary program.Through this program students are able to achieve their own personal objectives by integrating work from several different academic disciplines.
Through an interdisciplinary major, students are able to incorporate their equine interests with other majors including environmental science, environmental studies, international relations, political communications and psychology and education.Students are able to create their own majors, which incorporate work in several areas.They also receive a minor in Women's Studies.
Through the Peace Point Equestrian Center students are able to explore courses and opportunities in:

- Starting the young horse
- Show coordination and competition
- Equine Reproduction
- Equine Nutrition
- Equine Genetics
- Equine Sports Medicine and lameness
- Equine anatomy and physiology
- Equine husbandry
These courses are designed to give equine students hands on experience in a variety of areas within the equine industry.They incorporate labs as well as the business side of the equine business.
Bethany College also offers an equestrian team that allows students to compete against other teams from around the country.The college is also heavily involved with the Pony Club and offers scholarships to students.
