there are some horses, regardless of training that just do this especially if not ridden for a while, they are really just playing and have some excess energy. If you ride them often enough the issue usually although not always goes away if it's not a physical problem or bad saddle fit.

Seems to me a horse that is broke shouldn't buck unless they are really green and have no balance or something is hurting.
Any thoughts on this?
