I wouldn't want it in my horses stalls maybe in a section of a turnout or run. I prefer sand in my stalls, low maintence and good drainage, and lots of support for the horse standing or laying down. It also polishes the foot making them look nice. But I think it would be great to use around water troughs or under feeders, around gate areas. Our ground out here is hard enough and my horses grow plenty of foot. Just my opinion to each there own.
