Check with the local riding facilities or trainers in your area. There are also numerous videos that you can watch. I found the easiest way that I have taught a horse to lunge was using the round pen it also saves on your shoulders ( I have bad shoulders) this way they can't bolt away, and you have them in a more controlled enviroment.
