Never had a horse this didn't work on and can be found all over the world, very inexpensive as well. Lard- The left over fat by-product found @ butcher shops. They often times will give it away free, or its very cheap $1.00 lb. Buy as much as you like, it keeps very well in the freezer. Take out a small block put in a regular hoof oil container or coffee can with small paint brush as an applicator. Apply generously over entire foot rubbing into hairline. Remember you can't fix the foot thats already there, what your trying to do is encourage new better growth.
