I guess its all in paying attention to the the details.
Watched the video-YUCK!!
One of the most important parts of Dressage is Harmony and Lightness- Here the horse has flat ears, leaning heavily against the bit, overflexed in his neck[not even @ poll] and the RINGING of the tail. Clearly shows an unhappiness in his job.
Sorry, guess I was hoping for it to be better. Not trying to take anything away from them, just getting to that point is alot of effort and hard work. But it can/should be done better. Especially since there are people who are looking for something to emulate.
