My best guess is this (Pa8nt correct me if I am wrong!!!)

IF one of the parents is a Dun then she may be a Bay-Dun-Tobiano or Tovero

IF neither parent is a Dun, then she is a Bay Tobiano or Tovero and the dorsal stripe is just shading.

My Guess is that she is a Tobiano based on this information:

On some Tobiano horses there may be small colored spots, commonly called ink spots, paw prints or cat tracks, in the white patches. These are usually small and round and may occur in groups. This marking often occurs in horses homozygous for the tobiano gene, but isn’t a guarantee that the horse is homozygous.

The only real way to know is to have her genetically tested.
