Is it a type of syndrome? that could cause all kinds of problems, but I am perplexed at why He/she wouldn't want to drink.. everytime I go by grass or water my arms get a work out good old Molly, she has a neck like an elephant.

Sorry to hear about your issue. I was kidding about the hose... but hey if he knows he gets the hose if he doesn't drink maybe he will clean up his act!
