I see several signs that she could could be sabino. The white ticking in her hair, odd face markings, chin spot and she apears to have dark eyes. If they were blue she would be conciderd tovero. lacing above the tail is also a sabino trait and splashed or lighting streaks up the legs but seeing she is all white in them areas you can't see it there.
