My mare foaled this morning at 10:15am with absolutely no warning signs. I and my husband were 30 minutes out when we got the call from someone watching her on the foal cam. I will try to post some pictures this evening. But I believe the stallion owner will have some posted on their websites.

The Mares name is Britches.

Mare: Palomino tobiano
Stallion: Friesian
FIlly: Bay and white tobiano pattern. High stockings on all four and two white spots. Larger of the 2 is on her withers and a Smudge of white on her neck. She has a large star and a snip.

Ahhhhh what a cutie! My colt's Sire was named Dandy, and as a newborn he was just too big for his britches so I named him Dandy Britches. The person who bought him changed it to Jason. Too boreing for me! But I will give this some thought. I think I can do a little better than Spud LOL (but maybe not!)

Spud, my roommate's cat was named KC for Kitty Cat... we had another kitten that we rescued that was a mirror image of KC... we called her CK. So don't take the nameing jibe too seriously!

What a cute foal, very nice markings, how tall will she get

She should mature to 15.3 min to 16.2 maybe max. She carries alot of bone and is a beautiful mover just like her daddy. I will try and get some new pictures posted.

Thought I would put an updated picture of her. Baylee was orphaned at 3 months old, and raised by a wonderful gelding we have.
The first picture was August of 2009 she was 1 1/2 years old.
The second picture was Feb. 2010 at the colt starting clinic we went to.

Second picture wouldn't load so trying it again. This was in Feb 2010 at a colt starting clinic we were in.

As of today she is about 15.3- 16 hands and is as sweet as pie.
