Question Rider physical fitness

What exercise programs or dvds do you use to stay fit for
horseback riding?

This year I have been using Pilates (just bought a pilates stick to
move up to pilates exercises done on equipment.)

Also, using the Just B Method dvds-Attitude/Attitude Tu. These are
combination ballet and pilates exercises.

For more aerobic exercise, it's belly dance (Hadia), hula (Island Girl)
and flamenco (manuel saldo series).

Loved going to Curves, but missed alot due to the winter weather.

Wish I had the time to actually do an exercise program
I ride anywhere between 5-8 horses a day, doing ground work on 3 two and 3 yr olds. Clean 12 stalls, house chores,1 husband, 2 kids, 2 working [tracking bloodhounds] 30 chickens and maintain our little 20 acres. Then theres always the making of hay and keeping up the garden during the summer.
I do however find the time to ride my bike 10 miles a day, it relaxes me.
