For those of you who don't know who Idaho is, Idaho is Debi Metcalfe's racking horse mare that was stolen in 1997. With very little or no help from law enforcement, Debi tracked down Idaho..51 weeks later. Idaho endured neglect and starvation. This inspired Debi to launch netposse.com ( Stolen Horse International). Debi has reunited numerous horses with their owners. Debi now has the oppurtunity to model Idaho into a Breyer Horse. She needs 1000 signatures by May 14th. There are 809 signatures now, we need 191 more.
