Default Cloning - Thoughts and Fears

I just read an article that says that Charmayne James, Cloned her horse scamper?

Cloning really scares me be it with an animal or a human. What everyone doesn't show or tell is the suffering animals and experiments that went haywire.

All these annoucements come with "The First Succesfull" that has to mean that many were not, and starts my mind a tickin' the same has to be being done to so many other "lab rats"

I don't want to go off on a rant just yet. Would like to know what other people think about cloning issues. And since this involves a horse no better place to start.

Thanks

I don't like cloning. Why can't we just make more animals or humans the way God planned us to do? It was terrible to see that sheep suffering because her make up was all wrong. I just can't imagine how many other animals have suffered just so humans can supposedly get "better" genetics or whatever reason they are doing this. I just don't like it and that's my 2 cents

I have read many sucess stories reguarding cloning. Although, I do disagree with it. Why mess with genetics??? No one really knows the long term effects of this. Also, why clone any animal when there are so many out there that need homes!!!

I don't like cloning either. Why mess with Mother Nature? Besides the cloned offspring doesn't come out extactly like the animal it was cloned from. Things happen will in the womb that can't be controlled.

Default I knew you

Yes It scares me to death. That even the bible says "before i formed you in the womb i knew you" I think it is in jerimiah.

Truly in the womb a special things happens and we don't need to go there. Leave that space to God.

Scary Ground.

I donīt like the idea of cloning animals or humans. It is not like you are actually bringing the animal back, it is another creature, just with the same genetic makeup. However, I am not against the cloning of body parts, such as a liver or heart, since this has real benefits in the medical world.
