Default Keeping a pig pen white horse white

My white (gray really but her coat is all white) horse is a pig pen! She rolls several times a day and seems very pleased with herself. In the summer, she gets bathed every few days and rinsed on the others. But the winter is a challenge! She comes in from turnout caked in mud from ear to tail! (not exaggerating). She is always discolored. Can anyone recommend what to do besides sheeting her (she destroys them within days with all her rolling...unless you know a brand that can withstand her!) Years ago someone said something about using charcoal, but I can't figure out how or what type? any thoughts?
