Lord of rings is very Stunning film, i loved the whole lord of the rings phase. It's still my all time favorite film though but during those few years it was being filmed were one of the best!

Anyway one part i loved were the horses. This is a really interesting site all about them. Did you know a couple died on set because of illnesses?

Yes I did hear that some died. At least I heard Demero died (he was one of the horses who played as Shadowfax) I think it's awesome that Viggo owns some of the horses that were filmed and also the Paint horse who played in Hidalgo.
