Well he is a Pinto though that is a color breed, you could have him registered with PHA if you wanted.
The picture of him under saddle reminded me a tiny bit of having some arab in him, though in the first picture I don't see any at all. He doesn't look to be taller than 15hh...??
The more I look at him the more he confuses me. I've seen Quarter horses that look like him, and I've seen arab X's that look like him, and I've seen Welsh X's that look like him...
If I were to compare him to any horses I've ever owned, he looks MUCH like the Mustang/QH mare I used to own.
Do you have any more pictures...might help.

I would have to agree that he may have some Morgan in him. I do not think there is any TB in him, his neck is too thick. Maybe some Paso Fino the way he moves and the way his neck is built? And that long flowing mane and tail and his fine head and straight nose looks very Paso Fino. Any way you look at it, he is a beautiful horse!
..."Pinto" is only a color breed... doesn't really specify anything more, other than he has two-tone markings making him a pinto. He is so gorgeous. I wouldn't argue that he might have a bit of paso fino or some other spanish blood in him for the way his shapey, muscular conformation stands out.
