Default Favorite Breed?

I have to say that I am a big fan of the Quarter horse as well as the Morgan. The first horse I learned to ride on was a gorgeous white Quarter horse and an absolute sweetheart! Never lost my love of that breed.

I have a love for all breeds! Its just so hard to choose, but I'd go with the TB and a close second would be Warmbloods and QHs

Tennessee Walker. There was a horse I used to ride at a friends stable named Satin. She was the first Walker I ever rode. I think that she was the most smooth trail horse I had ever been on. And she was so very calm! Nothing would ever startle her. She passed on some years ago but I will never forget her. She made me fall in love with her breed.

I would have to say the American Paint horse, Followed by the Friesian. Come next spring I am hoping that I will have the best of both breeds. My paint mare is pregnant now it is a wait and see until we know what the foal looks like.

Bet that will be a looker! You'll have to post piccys

My favourite breeds are the Fresian, the Gypsy Vanner, and the Arabians that I grew up with Some day, I hope to get back into horses and have a couple Fresians and maybe a Gypsy Vanner or two. Love both of those breeds.

Anarch,

Go to AvalancheFriesians.com, Her stallion Hedzer is who I bred my mare to. I helped them foal out a Georgian Grande/Friesian foal out of her stallion and mare she is absolutely beautiful and for sale.

Wow, what a gorgeous stallion! I also loved the pics of the new baby that they have up for sale....that is an adorable little filly (well, not so little...sounds like she's going to be very large!). That's an incredible cross.... Clydesdale blood in there too? Incredible. Was the breeder trying to create something in particular, or just breeding the two together, to see what she would get?

Is will be registered as a Georgian Grande like her mom. They make great sport horses. Used in multiple events with the main being dessage. The mare is trained in driving amongest other things and the sire is in Dressage training and doing great. She was looking for color with the cross and got it. She will look great in the show ring when she gets older. The other Friesian mare she has for sale is in foal to Hedzer also, and is price great making her a two for one deal. She is beautiful and knows it. We are hoping with our cross to our palomino paint mare to get a some wonderful color. We are having her tested to see what colors she will through but right now it looks like we could get anything from a smokey black to a buckskin. It will be a long 11months.

Wow, that sounds really exciting. The Georgia Grade is an entirely new "breed" to me. Are they registerable yet, or is it still in the process. I remember that I was completely wowed by the emergence of the National Show Horse breed, that crossed the pintos with the saddlebreds. I love how they keep coming out with all these incredible new breeds

Yes, there is a Georgian Grande registry. They have a link on their site to the registry and another ranch that has the Georgian Grande.

Ahhh Grande, my bad I thought it said Georgia Grade at first hehe. That's a really incredible breed...they sound like very athletic horses. I remember, back in the day, my 15.2hh Arabian was considered huge lol. Horses continue to get bigger and more gorgeous. Absolutely incredible!

Mustangs here!!! Just never found any other breed since my old QH mare *even Qh's today don't fit the bill* other than the Stanger that I can relate to and have had a strong bond with!

Those buggers once they bond to you, it is for life!
