Default What do I have?!

This is Tryxi, an animal I bought under the pretenses that she was a miniature donkey but she really doesnt look donkey to me , expecially not a mini donkey. I am new to the equine family so I have no idea what she is. I measured her today and she is 45 inches to the whithers so 11.1 hands. He former owner got her from a sale barn heavily malnurished and in bad bad bad condition. They guessed she was 10-12 years old. Any ideas as to what she is?

Cjpup,

This is easy, next time give us a harder one. It is a mini/pony mule. A mini mule would be under 36 inches over would be a pony. So technically Tryxi is a mule pony. Very cute! They can have great personalities and can be a LITTLE head strong sometimes. Good Luck with her.

Oh, and she is sorrel in color.

To get these cute little beast all you do is breed a mini to a mini donkey and you get a mini mule. They are pets, or gaurd dogs, but mostly are great for driving teams. They can be a LITTLE stubborn and they think they weigh a thousand pounds but they are a lot of fun.
