Talking Standing Tied

I was just wondering if anyone had any advice about how to stop a horse from pacing back and forth when tied? He also tends to paw sometimes.

Sounds like a toddler pitching a fit about being put in time-out. Leave him tied for a few hours and he will get over it. It may not be the most inventive method but it is the most effective.
