This is my friends 08' Paint filly out of a black tobiano and a smutty buckskin overo...they've had one smokey black, one buckskin, and then this one..Mashiko!
What do you think she is?

Found some more of her so you can se that she does have barring and a dorsal stripe!

My best guess is this (Pa8nt correct me if I am wrong!!!)

IF one of the parents is a Dun then she may be a Bay-Dun-Tobiano or Tovero

IF neither parent is a Dun, then she is a Bay Tobiano or Tovero and the dorsal stripe is just shading.

My Guess is that she is a Tobiano based on this information:

On some Tobiano horses there may be small colored spots, commonly called ink spots, paw prints or cat tracks, in the white patches. These are usually small and round and may occur in groups. This marking often occurs in horses homozygous for the tobiano gene, but isn’t a guarantee that the horse is homozygous.

The only real way to know is to have her genetically tested.

Cute baby! Judging from the pictures she looks like a tobiano. She looks as if she's going to darken a bit when she sheds that baby fur. My guess...is that she might possibly...end up a bay, I'm not great at the actual math, I'll let someone else do that lol
