Scaring Horse To Death
Laura Head is suing the British Ministry of Defence for frightening her horse to death, according to The Daily . The Royal Airforce Aerobatic Team, the Red Arrows, flew low over her stable last fall and frightened her horse.
Head had owned the 2-year-old German Warmblood for just 10 days when he collapsed and died. He was intended to be an upper level dressage horse.
Head made an official complaint to the Ministy of Defence after the incident, but they did not respond.
A Ministry of Defence spokesman said the Royal Airforce Aerobatic Team tries to avoid livestock or horses.
