However, they were caught after stealing a car, which left the road at one point and ended up in a ditch, about 100km from the prison.

The pair now stand accused of escaping custody and stealing a car.

Hehe, why weren't they accused of horse hi-jacking to top it all off? They might have been better off riding ditches with horses instead of cars....
