Default Prestige Saddles

Anyone have them? I tried them at a show this weekend and really liked the Jumper R and the new Meredith. I just found a used Jumper R and am curious if anyone else has these and how you like them...

Default Prestige Saddles

I have one and I love it. I tried a LOT of saddles trying to talk myself OUT of spending that much money. (I bought mine new) But once I'd sat in it, nothing else compared. I am tall, with long legs, and a very long thighbone. With jumping length stirrups, this was one of the few saddles where my knee didn't want to come over the front of the flap. I also like the fact that they will re-fit the saddle to any horse you buy for as long as you own the saddle.

If you can afford it, or can find a used one for a reasonable price, I'd jump at the opportunity.

Love them! Several clients in my barn have them and love them! Very comfy and seem to fit different horse shapes well. Worth the $$ in my opinion! The more they are ridden in the better they get too!!

I may have to purchase a new saddle soon as well, and I am in the same situation you are in with when it comes to long legs. Your experience wills definatly steer me towards trying Prestige.

Default Prestige Saddles

Just bought the Meredith!! Very happy with it. Tree is adjustable which is a big plus. I feel like I can sit better in this saddle then my Butet. My position feels very correct and secure. I shopped A LOT of saddles, and I'm happy with my decision. Leather on underside (billets) is a little cheesy - I might get my billets replaced at some point. But the seat/knee roles are soft calfskin and the flaps come with the option of calfskin or printed.

Unlike you I'm short 5'4". I have a jaguar that I like better than the prestiges although they are great saddles. If you know what your looking for Ebay is great.
