Default Hi-di-ho!

Hi,

I am from MN, I breed, raise, show and, someday sell Shetland Classic and Modern ponies and miniature horses. I found this site just hunting around the other day for some information on probiotics.

So - I used to raise quarters and paints. And still show to some extent.

Back to probiotics - how much and how often is everyone giving their horses probiotics?

Thanks,
muffntuf

Default Welcome

Welcome to the forum!

Glad to have ya, was their a post in here about Pro's? I missed it and would like to read it. I haven't been giving our horses anything.

Wouldn't some of the baisics be given in their supplements? or is what you are talking about an extra ... ?

welcome again..

Ron

Welcome to the site.

My family has a few minis, they are a blast but they tend to multiply quickly even when you are not breeding them. We have down sized and now there are only 2 stallions, 1 gelding and 2 mares. Plus all the full size horses. Those little ones have such personality and are like potato chips you can't have just one. Welcome again and hope you enjoy the site.

Well I started out in miniatures, had 2 at the time, but then went to a sale and low and behold, didn't buy a single miniature, but bought 2 shetland mares! Now I have 12 Shetlands and 4 miniatures. They are addicting!
