New to this forum and pretty new to chitchat. I own a boarding/training/lesson facility in Kansas City - Missouri. Currently have 2 instructors and desperately looking for another. We need someone strong in dressage & eventing - or several someones.
Would love to talk to other barn owners too.

I don't know at what level your barn is. But check out the USEA in the young rider/PC division a B or higher PC'er would be very knowledgeable and would love the opportunity to be able to have a small barn. Also the enthusiasm from a junior is incredible.
