Default Newbie here

I am getting a horse next week. A draft/quarter gelding. It has been a couple years since my last one died. Can't wait.
A little about me, I am crazy about horses, love to show dogs also. Have worked as a welder, now welding lead . Have 4 children and 12 grandchildren. Always on the go. I have ridden off and on over the years, but no formal training to speak of. Just interested to meet people that enjoy horses as much as I do.
