As it happens I grew up in Naples, oh so long ago. Lived in the house called Mandaly, on the beach about two blocks north of the pier. I miss it. But that house is probably worth several times my total net worth any more...

Ah, I live about 2 minutes from the beach!
God, everything's being torn down and re-built.
It's just awful.
I used to live out in the estates, where there's still grass, unbelievably.
