Unfortunately, most of those little associate type Equine schools have folded or are not very well respected.
What exactly does she want to do.
Alot of the really strong Equine professionals, have a degree in something far from Equine, a minor in Business and spent many years in working student/Apprenticeship positions.
But here are a few;
University of California, Davis
University of Kentucky's Maxwell H. Gluck Equine Center
Virginia Tech
Centenary College
Delaware Valley College
Southern IL University
Virginia Intermont
Some of these are very pricey, but currently the top in the nation.
Of coarse, if she is not looking @ horses as a profession and she is happy @ Meredith no real reason to change.
