Default Taking on more than I can chew!

Hello everyone. My name is Melanie and I have been in and out of the horse world for my whole life. I recently became the owner of a Beautiful Rocky Mountain Gelding..the problem is that he is only 2! He is a sweet horse but one that needs a lot of training. I look forward to posting some questions on the broads and seeing what you all think of what I should do next..yes I know, I have a long road ahead of me..and yes as my user name could indicate I tend to take on more than I can chew!

Good luck! From you user name it sounds like you need the horse to help keep you sane! Look forward to hearing about your gelding progress.

Thanks! Yah, I have a full plate. Thankfully it is summer and I am not teaching the boys too! (we homeschool). I was very excited yesterday because I got Jacoby to wear a fly mask, AND he let me oil all four of his hooves! It took a while but I was patient and that seems to be the ticket with this guy
