I'm Kip and we have a 50 ac horse farm ( Pinto American Warmbloods) near Memphis. Painted Pony Ranch I just got back from my "bucket list" trip and realized that it was time to go "home"..the Pacific Northwest. So.. we have a gorgeous horse farm with a California style home..very open, light and bright..lots of sky lights, french doors and decks...horse barn with indoor arena, that I'd love to take with me...but untill teleportation becomes a reality....damn. I know I can't replace it for what we're asking $500,000 for all 50 acs, and it makes me sick, but I need to be with my family.

So...I have no clue where to advertise. Anyone have any suggestions? We don't have problems with flood and fire like California, hurricanes like the Gulf states, snow storms of the North or the high heat and temperatures of Texas. Any advice will be HUGELY appreciated!
