Question Stallion laws in oklahoma

Hi, Im kind of new to all this horse stuff and am like a sponge so bear with me. I live in rual oklahoma. I grew up here but moved away at the age of 20, now 50 and back home and helping a lady with a lot of horses. I havent ben around country life for a long time but have an important question.
Is there a law in oklahoma that a stud horse has to be confined in a corral with 8' fences and no open pastures. The lady im helping has been raising and breeding Arabians for 35 years and has never heard of this law . Any help with this would be great, thanks.

I imagine such a law probably still exists.
Sort of like the one in Fl that says you can't tie an Alligator to a fire hydrant.
Where/Why was it brought to your attention.
It may depend on the Zoning office of that county or how well she gets along with her neighbors.

I don't know about Oklahoma, but in NM which is a "Fence Out" state- if you don't want animals on your property, you have to fence them out, no one is obligated to fence their own animals IN.

Ltc4h: Thats crazy about the "fence out" statute. Super dangerous for livestock but also has the makings for some good America's funniest videos out-takes.
