Oklahoma equestrian disclaimer

I just moved here from Texas. There is a civil rule that prohits liability on a trainer, arena, equestrian event for any injury or damages to trainer, facility or horse. It is called Rule 87. Does Oklahoma have a like or similar rule to protect facility owners/producers?
