Cool Hi, everyone, how are you?

Hey Everyone, My name is Ashley and I am turning 15 soon. I am not good at small talk but If it's big talk then I am all for it so be prepared to read.

Okay,
Horses that I have now-6- MY BABY is a 5yr. BLM black bay Mustang named Thunder's Temper Tantrum, I also have 11yr reg.AQHA sorrel mare named Eight Bar lady, a shetland that's 10yr old named Snickers, a 17 ehite un.reg Quarter Horse Gelding Named UCantSeeMe aka Ghost,A strawberry Roan that is 17 named sugar, and a paint pony named Lightning who is 15.

Riding Level- Experinced Intermediate

Riding Type- Western and english but I ride mostly Bareback.

Additional Info- I am going to become a Horse trainer just as my father was for 10 years but I plan to be a trainer for longer than 10 years. I already have jobs training and exersicing horses. I am braking in a domesticated mustang, named Austin, and re-training a TNW Mare named Promise, and exerscising 2 rescued horses down the road from me. I am home schooled and do my work at night so I have all day for horses.

I Myself only have 3 horses, the rest are my fathers, I own the Mustang that I dovote my life to named Thunder, The reg. sorrel mare named Star, and 17yr. old Qh named Ghost.

I work mostly with Thunder but Ghost and Star get their exersice also, and my father and best friend work , Sugar, Lightning and we all just baby snickers.

Recent new in my life....- wow, okay thursady my mare tyed up, and now she is on a low starch diet and extra fat supplements, she was tyed up because I only work her light and was feeding her like a medium worked horse. She is doing fine now and we are having another blood test this thursday to see when we can start working her gradually again.

Yesterday My friend and I went Riding and I rode Thunder, she rode Ghost and Ghost spooked and ran threw tree's and hit his head and freaked some more, Jamie, my friend fell off, and She has horses of her own so she knows how toio handle them, but she held on to the reins and finnally let go and she was scratched up and sore but I tyed Thunder and got ahold of Ghost and He started having what I thought and still think he had a seizure, he tilted his head and it started shaking, well my friend started helping hold on to him and crying. Ghost freaked again and bolted Jamie had to let go and she fell again, I held on and then had to let go, Ghost Bolted threw a walk threw gate and got tangled in bob-wire and fell then got up and bolted again and stopped in the middle of the yard of some people I caught up to him and told jamie to get Thunder and we started walking to my house 1 block away and Ghost started bleeding from both nostrils and we got to the house and his right side was so torn up from branches and wire , he had a deep cut above his eye and on his leg I put Thunder in a Pasture as I called our vet, and my dad held Ghost and as he put his head torwards the ground a puddle of blood ran out. The vet got there and stiched his eye not his leg and said the nose bleed was ither from stress or highblood pressure, He is extermely sore and has to have lots of big worded medicince. But Is going to be fine after a while but scarred up.

Thunder's summary life story- We bought him from a guy whom adopted him from BLM and beated him and used him as stud and then later gelded him because the finally realized they could not control him and they gelded him in Nov. I bought him in june. The day we went to look at him, he was striked in the face by a guy with a halter and then Thunder pinnened him in a corner and bit a chunk of his cheek out. He charged and ranted and raved at us outside of the fence and I told my dad I wanted him, and we came back 3 days later to pick him up and the owner walked out in a knee high cast and said it happened as he tried to get Thunder on a lead line and in a small stall so we could easily get him. We brought him home, and my father and I gained his trust within 1 1/2 months and both were charged and trampled, my dad was kicked and it cracked his knee and we were both bitten numerous times. He was a truely crazy wild horse. He was green broke within the next month but still had charging issues and still do to this day. Now this present day he can do everything a reining horse can, neckrein, slidding stop, spin, nice back up, he turns sharp like a barrel horse, but I plan to use him as a cutting horse. You still cant lounge him because the people beat him with whips and he gets flash backs and freaks, I can walk through the pasture most of the time safely but any one else cant or they will be charged.

Default Welcome Young Lady

Welcome, Glad to have a few here with some things to say. Sound like you are going to be and already are a great contribution to the equine field. Keep your eyes and ears open and you can always learn something.

Nice to have family with the same interests.. my wife started with a family that hated the stinky animals.. it was her escape from reality..

Hope to enjoy some of your rants and posts...
