Default Hello from Wisconsin!

Hi all! This seems like a really nice forum, and I'm excited to be a member. I live in Eastern Wisconsin and have two horses, two cats, and two dogs.
My horses are a 15 yr. old Morab mare, and an almost-2 yr. old Friesian Sport Horse gelding named Lakota (he's the love of my life).
Anyway, I just wanted to say hi, and I can't wait to meet everyone!

Default Welcome Fshlover

I thought that was Fish Lover for a second. But then I think it stands for Freisian? Anyhoo..

Welcome,,,, Welcome,,, Welcome,,,

It is a really nice forum. Everyone is very nice and good solid community is building. Glad to have you on board.

Do you have a accent? I don't know if even that is how it is spelled.

Have a great time and will look for your posts.

I too thought it was fishlover. Is it?

Welcome to horsechitchat. This is a great forum and full of valuable information. If you're not sure about something with your horse, or anything else for that matter, all you have to do is ask. I bet someone out there knows the answer.

Fish lover stands for Friesian? You've completely lost me on that one lol. Anyhow, welcome to the forums! Definately look forward to talking to you.

By the way, what's a Fresian Sport Horse? Is that just a Friesian that jumps and such or is it a seperate breed now?

You guys are funny. Yes, I love fish but FSHlover stands for Friesian Sport Horse lover.
IdahoSpud--As far as an accent goes, I've been told I sound Canadian
Anarch--A Friesian Sport Horse is any Friesian cross that has at least one registered Friesian or part-Friesian parent. Here is the website to explain it a little better:

It's great to meet you all!

What a great website! Thank you for the link... I was particularly fond of the various cross-photographs that they have and was really amused when I saw the Friesian x Frog cross lol. Someone has a sense of humour!
