Default Hello & Intro

Hello!

I've just joined after seeing an invite. IdahoSpud got the referral so I'm sure he'll win and then share the wealth, right? lol

I look forward to meeting some new horse folks here. Thanks for having me!

Default Welcome ColoredHorses

I would guess that you are a paint lady? Welcome to the forum and hope you stay around. It is a really nice core group of people.

We truly care and are building quite the group of equine professionals. We just need a good shoer (didn't know how to spell that one)

Anyway welcome and have fun.

Welcome to the forum!!! We all need a place like this for all different reasons, but I think you will find we act like family. With that said, tickle IdahoSpud until he pays up!!!!

Exclamation Thank you all.....

for your replies!

(MONITOR ALERT!!!) IdahoSpud, thank you for your response. I'm sorry you've had such boring birthdays! Maybe if you'd get on that stick horse and ride 'em to town for coffee at the local breakfast haunt you'd be able to start that special day out better. Then if the exercise doesn't kill you, you'll most likely find you're in much better shape after a long nap of course.... I've been thinking of raising stick horses after I retire. What do you like best about your critter? I already know I like that one can use a green bucket for the pasture and a lot of hay and special supplies aren't needed much..... They don't even drink much so if the well dries up no problem there and no back breaking to tote water when it's plentiful. I loved the "Yeah! Someone showed up!" BUT, does that mean I'm the only one who showed up???? Hummmm... Yes, I'm going to agree on the "funny" part and assume that's meant in funny haha and not weird/strange and I better vammmmoossssseee! Thank you for welcoming me and what a welcome.... better now that I'm here. We'll have to see, but here I am. A+ for your schmoozing! Have you garnered a degree in that yet?

EquineMan, thank you for the welcome. I don't have any Paints at the present and after storm losses, I'm down to 2 dilute mares. Unfortunately I'm not the good shoer you are hoping for but if it helps, I do wear shoes.... minus the nails of course!

Jax, thank you for the welcome. On that tickling IdahoSpud.... that may get me in lots of trouble between my hubby and his gal! I'll have to ponder on that one!

Again, thank you all for the welcomes! It's sunny and nice here and I hope you can all enjoy a weekend of nice weather too! (However, I'd be glad to take a couple inches of that rain for OK!!!!)

Oregon would love some rain too, apparently we are way behind. They are talking serious drought conditions for here. Maybe you can convince the storms that have been flooding central Texas to head your way!!!
