Thanks.. I forgot to brag more.. lol she is smart... every morning when I go to the barn to feed her or just check on her she is waiting and gives me a horsy kiss.. Which I taught her to do with one pepperment candy. and the other day on a ride I had to take clippers with us as the Black berrys grow across the trail in like 12 hours it seem.. after I clipped the first one she stopped by every one so I could clip it and she watched every one I did... I should have asked her if I did it right.. lol
yea love her to bits .. I used to have a reg Doc Bar mare but she wanted to buck.. so she went to Idaho... so ya cant ride papers.

Aww, that is wonderful that you and Saige share such a bond.
She sounds like she enjoys her job.

I agree about the papers thing.
I do have one registered QH and 1 grade 13 hand draft cross mare.
That little mare rocks, she has the amazing ability to adjust herself to her rider.

Of course I have to say that my QH is a doll.

Default Welcome MizSaige

Court Jester here. I love horses that nobody is sure about they always seem to be the best. I mean bomb proof, water, bridges and whatever you throw at them. I even had one that everyone told me was a morgan mutt and that horse would even jump.

So anyone welcome and hope you have a good time with the rest of us.

Welcome to the group MizSaige! I hail from the Pacific Northwest as well, Oregon to be exact. If you get tired of the rain, you can send it towards OSU, us beavers need some. As far as the balckberries, they grow like wildfire I have noticed. Everywhere you look, theres more. And they are an invasive species around here as I found out. They are not a native plant life to the Northwest. So clip away!!!!
