I was seraching for a new member thread, but didn't see one, so thought i'd post in here.
i just joined!

i live in ga with 4 horses.
22 yr old app mare, neko & her 4 yr old filly kahli.
10 yr old qh mare, noel and her yearling filly, jewell.
i've got noel and kahli up for sale, i have been ttrying to get down to just 2 horses, butit's taking awhile!
i also have a dog and a cat.

i have shown halter and western pleasure in the past, but i prefer a good old trail ride over showing.

i make lycra horse hoods/tailbags, that helps buy my feed & hay.

i also sell avon and crafts, anything i can do to bring in money is a good thing!

but my real job is in childcare, nothing beats getting paid to work with babies all day!

i am married, we will be celbrating our 25th anniv next month.
i have 2 grown kids, my oldest is 24 and will be celebrating his 1st wedding anniv next month and my youngest son is 22.
i was born in de but have been down south since 1990.

Congrats on the 25th anniversery. Not many of us dinosaurs left with so many years to the same man. Something to be proud of.

Welcome to the group! Personally I think it is the horses. Most of the horse owners I know tend to stay together. But then part of that may be because we always have a way to ride away!!! LOL!
