My yearling filly has patchy hair lose. Anyone know what that is?

Are there lumps or bumps on her skin?
Where exactly is her hair loss?

Could be rain rot (if you are even getting any rain this year).
Could be a fungus or parasite.

Is she rubbing/itching it out, if so it could be allergies to bug bites. Where is the hair loss occuring.
