Default Horse camps out oddly in the back

Hey everyone, hope someone might shed some light on this. My mare camps out in the back, specifically her right hind turns out at the hip when she's standing on crossties. Looks weird, but she moves mostly straight with a slight swing out of that hind (if you really look hard at it). Even the vet thought it was weird but didn't offer much except that it could "be a training issue." She's sound and not lame, but the camping out seems to get more persistent in the last few years. She was bred five years ago, and I was wondering if anyone who had bred a mare saw a change like this in how the horse stands or moves? And, if you think it's a training issue, do you have any recommendations for how to strengthen her there? She's really just a pleasure horse as I don't have time for much more than hacking 3-4 times a week.

If the vet didn't see anything wrong with her, I would maybe try an equine 'chiropracter'. I haven't used one personally, but I do know quite a few people who swear by them. I've seen horses who had problems that seemed like training or equipment problems, but were actually out. Meaning they needed an adjustment or two, and they were perfectly fine after that. You never know, it could actually be something along her spine or hip that is causing her to hold her leg in that position.
