Default Equine Property

Hello Everyone,

We just went and looked at 15 acres in Southern California and it is pretty cool. It has a hill top setting but 5 acres has been leveled and it backs up to the national forest for riding.

That is a major plus in California. Also there are a few things to consider no water their yet, but wells are an option. And the power is at the road.

Hmmmmm

Sure would be cool to have our own place. I wonder why some people get into the horse business and don't really care about horses? The place we are at seems to be that way and we want out!

Anyway will keep you updated on our results.

Being in San Diego myself, I know first hand that sounds like wonderful property! Does the land perk for septic? (If there is not water, I have to wonder if there are other services you might need.)

Not matter what, good luck! The one (and only?) good thing about the lousy housing market is that everything is priced to sell. Clearly a buyer's market. Best of luck to you, neighbor!
