I had ordered a coverall structure in late January and construction was supposed to have started in the next few weeks.

Yesterday, the local contractor returned my deposit and said that Coverall is bankrupt due to the collapse of a Texas stadium and lawsuits resulting from it. They have closed their doors, let all their employees go and their bank accounts are frozen.

So much for all the ones they've already built- what happens to the guarantees?

I was lucky to get my deposit back- altho my contract was with the local erector and not the parent company, still it could have been a real mess.
