Casting
It has come to thought that certian horses seem to cast themselves under fences alot more than others.
And of course it seems it is most of the horses that lay down more, I have seen a few that are in a turn out and have cast themselves. Usually those have some injuries.
But the onces "lay cast" themselves (thats my word) you like? Anyway what are some methods of getting a horse out that some of you have used?

The only method I have used that has worked was by putting halter on horse and pull out with lead rope dragging the horse away from railing

Yes, we always did the leadrope and drag away technique unless, of course, they had their legs stuck. If that happened, it was usually a case of one person sitting on their neck in order to keep them down and from thrashing, and the other trying to calm them and pull the leg free.

For those horses that get cast up against a solid wall, carefully put long lines/ropes around the bottom side front and hind foot and carefully roll them over.
I have drug them out by their halters. Pulled them out by their tails. Cut fencing, and removed panels. The main thing is to be careful and watch out for flying legs. But if you need to keep one down while you get their legs out have someone kneel down on the horses neck. If the horse needs a little extra help staying down you can then reach down and pull his nose up to you almost putting the horse in a bull dogging head lock. THis way they can't get the leverage to get up. Most horses will stay down doing this, but not all.

Neve Tried that
P8ntcrazy that is an interesting thought, it would throw their counter balance off. I will have to jump on in there on time if the need arises and try it out. Always good to have an extra cowboy trick.
