Not sure if this has been posted before but is there a French horse protection on society in Brittany?? There is a pony near a friends she is trying to pin the owner down as it is very neglected, possibly laminitic, incredibly unwell hardly moving at all and the owner seems to be avoiding them whenever they call.

If there is i would appreciate a name or number of a society that may be able to help. My friends are willing to take it home and pay for the veet to look at it but i feel if it has laminitus it may need box rest!!
