Have you ever attended an Equine Affaire? Is it worth traveling to? Anyone attend the clinics, and are they worth auditing?

They aren't bad, but if you are into the clinics it really depends on who they book to be there.

The vendors are pretty nice inside if you want to see what is new and available. But overall on a scale from 1-10.

I would say..... 5,

Kind of middle of the road.. wouldn't drive more than 2 hours.. and take some friends..that would make it okay..

Has anyone heard about Cavalia? Not sure if it's Cirque du Soleil meets horses or what. I heard it was supposed to be amazing. Good to know on the Equine Affaire post as i'm glad I didn't waste my time or money hauling several hours!

My wife want's to see Cavalia.. It is here at the Irvine place now. She says everyone that see's it eats at least 3 flies.. because they can't keep there mouth shut!

100 bucks a pop for the cheap tickets. But heck you horse gals are worth every buck, well that is if we have anything left over after vet bills,feed supplements, and trendy items..

I have heard that Equine Affair is good, but I myself have never been.

Cavalia was worth seeing, it was great!

Equine Affair in Ohio is like the Midwest HorseFair in Wisconsin. A big breed exhibit, trainers and horse related trade show. They are awesome! Everyone needs to experiance a large scake event at least once as a spectator. We go every year to MidWest Horse Fair in Madison, WI .
