I am thinking of breeding one of our mares for a new jumper colt, Does anyone has any favorites that they might suggest. I have never breed before but would like to have a go at it.

When you search for good stallions there are way to many out there with out getting a second, third, fourth opinion..

I read on a forum that a stallion names Budweizer, and another named Coromino are good prospects for jumpers?

Any experienced breeders out there wanting to give some input. I don't have alot of cash to pay for a really top end guy but would like a few choices for next year.

Instead of just breeding for an expirence, you should be looking at your mare and really sitting down and looking at her faults and finding a stallion that will improve on those faults. Ie: If she has a short neck and long back, you obviously don't want to put her over a stallion that has those same problems, but one that has a shorter back and longer length of rein so the foal is improved on the mare.

Because here are SO many stallions out there, it just gives you so much more choice - no point going for the "in" stallion if he has the same faults as your mare, because obviously you want the foal to be an improvement of it's dam.
