Default Barn Wheel Barrow????

My wife and daughters take care of the horses and barn on our property and I just fix what they break. Well the wheel barrow they use is on it's last legs and my wife asked me to get her a replacement. But she doesn't want the kind you get at the hardware store that people use in their backyards. She wants the one with 2 large wheels, the large tray and tips easily. I've seen them in other barns but can't find them in stores or on the net?

Can someone help me? What are they called anyway?
