Okay I am really turned over this one. I am wondering if other people feel the same way, I know they are selling this as a "Just Disease control" or Loose Horse identification recovery but as in all politics it's package sometimes isn't that real reason behind its purpose.

If the government tends to back it or start it you know there has to be an alternative motive. I think anyway, Not that all are bad. I am for Camera's on every public corner and the face recognition software in place. Hey if your not a crook and don't pee in public you have nothing to worry about!
