I have an issue with guys chasing barrels and pole bending! Does anyone else feel that way?

Or should I take it down a notch. I mean women can rope well. And no one says a thing. But get a guy on a horse running around barrels or weaving in and out of sticks and you have an afternoon of laughter.

I am a old school type of guy, I don't think I could jump on my horse and compete twisting through some sticks.

It looks fun and I support more kids and friends. They are learning competition.

I also saw a guy running barrels and it just didn't look right. Maybe we have just have stereo typed this event?

I don't know each to his own. If you got the nerve to do it!

I have seen men run barrels and poles and they looked fine doing them. Matter of fact the one young man always places in the top 5. I don`t think sex matters.

As a kid at the local shows I always saw men and women in the over 30 group running about half and half, lots in the kids and not too many guys in the ages in between, Now that I think about it the men didn't ever do the poles just ran barrels.

I now its hard to beat the men cuz they blow those horses in there roll the shoulder and go on they have no rate they just run in there wide open. Its kinda unfair. LOL
