I am having a hard time replying to post and cant seem to read the forum rules either. Well let me retrack here. I did find the forum rules but when clicking them on they dont appear.
I am new here and just joined so figuring this all out.
Do I have a waiting time before I can post?
I cant seem to bring up any answers to my questions.

hmm? have you figured it out yet? I see you posted to another question. I first start out by clicking on the (Quick Links) above and choose todays posts. I like to check out the new posts first. Then if you go to the bottom of the page you will see were you can choose any of the topics.

You have to click on your confirmation email first. But you have already 2 posts so you should be able to post.

Some forums are locked. Like the Rules I believe. Send a PM to the Admin maybe they can help.
